LEADERSHIP | MIKE KITTELSON
With over fifteen years of recruiting experience solely in the Construction Industry, Mike has placed hundreds of professionals with dozens of companies throughout the eastern United States. He has completed assignments ranging from mid-management to executive level with General Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Specialty Contractors, Architectural Firms, Industrial and Civil Contractors.
Previous to founding Trinity Search Group, Mike was a Partner with Kaye/Bassman International, a top retained search firm in Dallas. He was responsible for leading the firm’s East Coast Construction Team’s new client development and strategic marketing efforts. Mike was a top producer within the organization and led his team to achieve the highest revenue in the history of the company, a record which still stands today.
Mike’s clients range from small, family-owned construction firms to Fortune 500 companies. He prides himself on building long-term staffing partnerships where there is mutual accountability, respect and trust as the cornerstone of the relationship. He thrives on helping his clients achieve their goals and being a valued part of that process by placing the right people with the right company in the right position.

LEADERSHIP | KRISTA KITTELSON
Krista Kittelson has been in the professional staffing field for over thirteen years and has built her career serving the Construction Industry. Krista personally serves General Contractors, Specialty Contractors and Real Estate Developers across the United States. Krista’s primary specialization is the Washington, DC/Baltimore/Virginia construction market, as well as the Southeastern US construction market.
Prior to joining Trinity Search Group, she spent several years with a temporary staffing firm and joined Kaye/Bassman International in 1998. She became a Partner with KBIC in 2001 and she and her team have completed over 800 search assignments ranging from field personnel to executive level professionals.
